The third part of a trilogy of Silesian westerns by Jozef Klyk - an amateur, a great film lover who has been making amateur productions since 1967, the most famous of which are westerns. In them, Klyk combines western mythology with Silesian mythology. The film covers the period 1886-1939.

A narrator tells the story of how the Western pioneers (all being Goofy lookalikes) are travelling in covered wagons across the frontier. They run into some Indians (who are also Goofy lookalikes) and battle breaks out between them. Suddenly a tornado comes by and sweeps up the covered wagons, dropping them into various states such as "Wash", "Organ", and "Californy."

In order to win the loyalty of the innocent tribe members, Randall masquerades as a legendary friend of the Indians, El Latigo.

When John Barrabbee's plane makes an emergency landing, he wanders off and joins Roy's cattle drive. Later he learns he was killed when his plane resumed its flight and crashed. So he gives Roy a job on the ranch and sends him off to see if he can prevent both of these events while he remains in hiding. The father isn't really dead, though; he's hoping that his friend Roy can restore the girl's western values. Supposedly a deaf-mute, Jack Taylor arrives in Valley City at the same time that Postmaster Dad Warner is threatened with the loss of his job because of the many recent mail thefts. Taylor suspects Warner's clerk, Law Sleeman, and is consequently captured by a gang led by local politician Dick Blackwell.
