ABS-CBN Insider was a late-night news program anchored by Atty. Dong Puno and Ces Oreña-Drilon. The show was aired on ABS-CBN until June 30, 2006 and was replaced by Bandila. The program began on July 28, 2003 anchored by Karen Davila, Cito Beltran and Erwin Tulfo. Its first features were inside stories of the Oakwood Mutiny which transpired a day before.

The newscast is currently anchored by Arnold Clavio and Vicky Morales. Sky News at Seven is a weekend news programme on Sky News and Sky News HD in the United Kingdom. It runs from 7pm to 7.30pm on Saturday and Sunday. It is usually presented by Mark Longhurst. The programme is followed by Sportsline from 7:30 to 8:00pm. Until late 2008, Sky News at Seven was part of the weekday schedule, presented by Anna Botting, but was dropped in favour of SkyNews.com, which has also been axed as of 2010.

STV News at Six is a Scottish regional news programme, covering the two STV franchise areas of Northern and Central Scotland, produced by STV Central in the Central region and STV North in the Northern region. The programmes were launched on 23 March 2009, replacing Scotland Today in Central Scotland and North Tonight in Northern Scotland. As of 23 May 2011, three separate editions of STV News at Six are produced each weekday for the East and West of the Central region and for the entire North region. The three programmes are produced from studios in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen with reporters also based at studios in Dundee and Inverness and political correspondents based at Holyrood and Westminster. Freelance correspondents and camera crews are based on the Orkney and Shetland Isles, Wick and Fort William with a permanent Western Isles correspondent based in Stornoway. In addition to its daily bulletins, STV News also produces some non-news programming including current affairs, Champions League Live and one-off feature specials and documentaries.
Wales Today is the BBC's national news programme for Wales, broadcast on BBC One Wales from the headquarters of BBC Wales in Llandaff, Cardiff. According to the BBC, it is the world's longest-running television news programme. The programme can be watched in any part of the UK on digital satellite channel 972 on the BBC UK regional TV on satellite service. News, Sport & Weather is a regular Sky News programme providing news and sport "in 20 minutes, every 20 minutes". The programme airs daily 8 pm – 9 pm and additionally 2 pm – 5 pm at weekends, which is in 15-minute segments. During early 2010, the evening weekday NSW broadcasts were covered by various presenters. From 10 September these are presented Monday–Friday by Martin Stanford - after the axing of his show SkyNews.com. The Friday evening edition continues to run from 7 pm, whereas Monday–Thursday they start from 8 pm. In early 2011, Sky News started to scale back this format. It now currently only exists for one hour in weekdays from 8 pm, and is now in 20-minute news wraps. The 9 pm hour was replaced by Sky News At Nine and Press Preview. It is still broadcast for two hours on Friday nights from 7 pm. Bank Holiday editions are now replaced by 30-minute Sky News bulletins.
The Money Club was a business news talk show aired weekdays from 7 to 7:30 PM ET on CNBC until c. 1997. Hosted by Brenda Buttner. The Money Club was a personal finance show focused on making and saving money. Targeted at casual as well as seasoned investors, the show featureed such regular segments as "Money Matters," "Getting Started," "Mutual Fund Investor," "Of Mutual Interest," "Cashing Out," "Winners and Losers," "Worldwise" and "Books & Bytes." Many of the segments were interactive via viewer call-ins and on-line services. Additionally, investor Jimmy Rogers was a regular Friday night guest on the show.
The Daily Buzz is a nationally-syndicated breakfast television news and infotainment program. The show is owned and produced by Mojo Brands Media, and it originates every weekday morning from studios at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The show caters to a younger-skewing audience demographic and has a more informal atmosphere in comparison to its morning counterparts. Premiering on 10 stations on September 16, 2002, The Daily Buzz is currently carried on stations in 180 U.S. television markets. The show normally airs for 3 hours every day in the 6:00AM-9:00AM time slot, with start and running times varying by market. The show is also streamed live-to-air on its TheDBZ.com website.
Midday was a television newsmagazine series on CBC Television, which ran from January 1985 to 2000, replacing local noon-hour newscasts on CBC stations. The show, which aired from noon to 1 p.m. on weekday afternoons, presented a mix of news, lifestyle and entertainment features. The show would open with a 10-minute CBC News summary, usually read by Sheldon Turcotte in the news studio, and then move to another studio for the main segment of the program. The news summary would later become a simulcast of the CBC Newsworld hourly news update that was live for each time zone. Its original hosts were Bill Cameron, Keith Morrison and Valerie Pringle. The original producer was Michael Harris and the series was directed for its first four seasons by Sidney M. Cohen, who later became executive producer of Canada AM for CTV. Morrison, who initially rotated with Cameron, left after a year and Cameron left several years later, and was replaced by Peter Downie; Downie left in 1989 and was replaced by Ralph Benmergui. Pringle left the show to become host of Canada AM, and was replaced by one of show's regular contributors, Tina Srebotnjak. Benmergui later left to become host of Friday Night! with Ralph Benmergui, and was replaced by Kevin Newman. Newman subsequently left to join ABC News in the United States, and was replaced by Brent Bambury.

Global Sunday is the name of a Canadian television news series, which aired Sunday evenings on the Global Television Network. The program was launched in September, 2001, with Charles Adler as host. Run separately from the rest of Global's news division, the program often reflected the political views of Global's founder, Israel Asper and the Asper family. The program ran a mix of features reporting and interviews, effectively acting as a cross between a newsmagazine and an American-style Sunday talk show.

The Opening Bell on Fox Business is an American business news program airing on the Fox Business Network at 9:00am Eastern Time and was hosted by Alexis Glick until December 23, 2009. Jenna Lee and two other FBN anchors were in the running to fill the role until its abrupt cancellation on January 15, 2010, when it was replaced on the 18th by an extension of Imus in the Morning. Debuting on December 17, 2007, this program offered a daily glimpse of what is expected to happen on Wall Street for the business day, reaction to the opening of the markets, and covered the first 30 minutes of the trading day.
