Rodeo star Roy Rogers returns home to find that his old friend Tom Craig has been murdered after he was accused of stealing a family crest from Helen Williams. Helen joins up with Roy and Gabby Whittaker to find the killers and the crest.
US marshals Ken, Hoot and Bob stop a gang dressed as Indians from robbing the stage. After getting repairs at the relay station, but before they get to town, another trap is set, but they get away. In town, they search the stage and find nothing. But hidden in the axle grease can are diamonds. Polini wants them cut into smaller diamonds so that he can easily dispose of them. Throughout this Western, the courageous trio faces off against cunning opponents, including the gang's merciless leader (Ian Keith) and an unsuspecting banker (Karl Hackett).

Tom Grant has found a rich gold vein and Bart Eaton is after it. Tom's sister Mary heads for the gold fields and Eaton and his men follow. Eaton teams up with Ace Daggett who plans to doublecross him and get the gold for himself. They frame Tom for murder and then try to get him to sign over his claim. The famous scout Tex Houston is on hand, escaping the attempts on his life, saving Mary from various perils, and trying to bring in the real killer and clear Tom.
Jimmy and Cannonball find the body of Don Muquel after he has been shot and robbed by henchmen Ramsay and Sturgis. Jimmy is accused of the crime by Jose Esteban but the latter's rich uncle, Don Esteban, clears his friend Jimmy. Jose accuses the the settlers, led by John Chambers, of confiscating the land of the native Californians, through murder and theft. Actually, surveyor Willard Jackson is making forged copies of stolen land-grant papers after his men have killed the rightful owners. Playing both ends against the middle, Ramsay urges Chambers and his daughter, Diane, to drive off the Californians.
Ariel is pursued by two groups the first one, is a group of three notorious gunslingers headed by Rufo and his two men, Labuyo and Mario. The fanatical Rufo was too obsessed to face Ariel to determine who between them was the fastest gun in the land after Ariel gunned down Diegong Kidlat, known for his fast draw; the second one, a posse led by a sheriff named Hepe also keen to find and arrest him on Diegong Kidlat’s death. Diegong Kidlat was the one responsible for the death of Ariel’s wife named Erlinda. Ariel had Erlinda’s name engraved on his gun and vowed vengeance and justice.

John Temple, owner of the Eagle Mining Company, decides to close down the mine and posts a notification to that effect. Pedro Alvarez, foreman of the mine, kicks a tramp named Burns out of the saloon. He has noticed the notification posted by Temple and incites the miners to riot. Temple refuses to negotiate with them. Burnes, the tramp, weak from hunger, falls exhausted in front of Temple's home, and is cared for by Mrs. Temple. Alvarez and his gang overpower Temple in his office and leave to blow up the mine. Burnes finds Temple bound and frees him. Temple's little girl has wandered away in search of her dog. Alvarez encounters the child and decides to kidnap her, but the dog saves the child. Temple telephones for the sheriff, who arrives just in time to capture the outlaws. The tramp is given a good position in the mines by Temple.

But when they have to fight against a powerful stock farmer together, they eventually become friends.

Returning to his home Harding is informed by his wife of what had happened during his absence.
