A woman blinds a martial arts master and his pupil vows revenge on her. She is forced to abandon her loved ones without explanation in order to protect them from her ill-intentioned pursuer.
In 5th Century Britian, a young Merlin struggles for his place in his known land under the tutelage of The Mage, a local wizard whom sees the young man's potential for magic, as well as face off against his evil former friend, Vendiger, whom plots with a feudal warlord king to conquer all of Britian using an army of flying dragons, and only Merlin with the alliance of the local Prince Uther and Ingraine and a pair of mystical goddesses, can have the power to stop the evil from taking over the land.
This made-for-TV film version uses the title and general premise of Jules Verne's novel, but had its heroes carry out the journey in an earth-penetrating machine. A television series was supposed to follow, but was never produced. Cast includes John Neville, F. Murray Abraham and Kim Miyori.

After the legendary Festigal director Hanoch Rozen is offered the opportunity to direct the Milan Music Awards, the veteran Festigal actress Eliana Tidhar is burdened to assume his role. They discover many things have changed over the years, including that a new Ice Queen has risen, forcing her daughter to marry a buffoon prince. Meanwhile, Zina (from Anachnu BaMapa) is plotting to assume the new director position and harm the show, as revenge for not getting accepted as a Festigal child for the 2006 show.

His daughter Anička cannot resist and secretly tries on the beautiful gown and veil. A young man named Lukáš sees her in the open doorway and cannot take his eyes off her. Suddenly, however, a wind blows and the girl disappears before his eyes, along with her veil. Lukáš decides to find Anička, whom he cannot forget, at any cost...
